Object: Loincloth | Material: Cotton | Description: Loincloth, red and blue, yellow and white warp faced plain weave. Blue and white warp patterning along outer edges. At each end, horizontal bands of red cotton weft twining with weft threads extending beyond the selvedge to form tassels. At one end, sides embellished with red and yellow braided stitch and horizontal bands of chain stitch chevrons.
