Name: Burden basket (womans). Form of inverted truncated cone of parallel vertical strips of rattan interwoven with rattan. Carrying straps of plaited rattan. Diam at top 48cm. 37cm high. | Notes: (See note on back of card 90119) Baskets in which the women and girls carry field products to the village. The load rests on the back and is held in place by means of a band which passes around the forehead.
