Pamanang Pinoy: Pamilya Piyesta

Description: The first event in the Pamanang Pinoy series, we invited community members to celebrate Filipino heritage through games and crafts. A family friendly event, we invited individuals to create their own woven ball and learn to play sipa, make a parol, or a kite. We also shared with guests toys from the Philippine Heritage Collection. Guests were also encouraged to record their childhood memories or ideas about heritage with us via video.
